These terms describe optional text messages from Cactus Country Insurance Group. Our online quote form does not enroll you in a text-message program. Text messages under these terms require your separate consent.
Messaging terms
If you provide your mobile number and separately agree to receive texts from Cactus Country Insurance Group, we may send informational and customer-care messages about your insurance inquiries or service. Consent to receive texts is not required to request a quote or purchase coverage.
Types of messages
Messages may concern quote follow-ups, appointment coordination, coverage questions, or policy-service updates. We do not send promotional texts without separate express consent.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your request and service needs. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Your carrier is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Help and opt-out
If you receive a text from us, reply STOP to opt out of further text messages or reply HELP for assistance. You can also ask us to stop texting you by calling (830) 308-8810 or emailing info@ccingp.com. After opting out, you may still receive calls or emails about your request or coverage.
Privacy
We do not sell your mobile information. Text-message opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
